Alloy 800H and 800HT are nickel-iron-chromium alloys developed for applications requiring high-temperature strength and resistance to oxidation and carburization. Compared with Alloy 800, the controlled carbon, aluminum, and titanium contents of 800H/800HT provide improved creep and rupture strength at elevated temperatures.
These alloys are widely used in petrochemical processing, heat exchangers, furnace components, industrial heating equipment, steam/hydrocarbon reforming, and power generation. Their excellent structural stability and resistance to high-temperature corrosion make them suitable for prolonged exposure to severe thermal environments.
Final chemical, mechanical properties, dimensions and tolerances are confirmed against the governing specification and purchase order.
