API 5L Line Pipe

API 5L is the standard specification for the seamless and welded steel pipes for use in pipeline transportation systems in the petroleum and natural gas industries. It includes the requirements for the manufacture of two product specification level (PSL1 and PSL2) API 5L is not applicable to cast pipe.

API5L grade line pipes are a commonly used type of steel pipe in oil and gas infrastructure as well as other industrial applications and are manufactured and rated based on standards set by the American Petroleum Institute (API).

We offer wide range of API5L pipes;

  • Sizes available from 1/8 inch up to 60 inches in diameter to meet various piping needs.

  • Grades ranging from X42 to X80 to handle working pressures up to 3000 psi.

  • Internal and external protection for corrosion resistance through coating, lining, wrapping or other methods.

  • Mill prints providing certification of materials, dimensions, tolerances and quality checks

  • Various edge options such as beveled, threaded, casing as well as proprietary connections such as VAM TOP.
