INCOLOY® 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy strengthened with molybdenum, copper, and titanium. It provides excellent resistance to aqueous corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular attack, and stress-corrosion cracking. The alloy performs reliably in both acidic and alkaline environments and is widely used in chemical processing, oil & gas, pollution control, marine applications, heat exchangers, nuclear processing, and sulfuric/phosphoric acid equipment. Its combination of corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and good weldability makes INCOLOY® 825 suitable for demanding industrial applications.
